RULES OF CONDUCT:
1: Respect. Okay, seriously here, this is the internet, and the heady rush of power of knowing that you’re completely anonymous and can’t possibly be detected can be intoxicating. But first and foremost, when you come onto this website, We (The Admins) insist upon mutual respect for all players, rules, and plot concepts. If you can’t maintain a respectful attitude, then we have no qualms removing you. This means no insults based on gender, gender-orientation, race, or any other personal issues. If you have a personal grudge, talk to the admins, and we’ll resolve the issue.

2: Role-Playing: This game is interested in character development. . . for everyone. Many games on the internet are interested in one or two characters who are always growing, with huge stories built around them. . . that’s not us. We of the admins swear that we will always try to include any characters in the games who are respectful, decent, and kind. Also under this heading is the understanding that other characters are beyond your control. If you attempt an action, the Mods and Storytellers will decide what works out dramatically speaking. Trust us, we’re not powerhungry assholes who will kill yur characters willy-nilly. This doesn’t mean you’re invincible, just relatively safe.

3. Adult situations: This is a pretty adult setting. We set the official rating at Fade-to-Black: Anything explicitly sexual or graphically violent will have to be done “off-screen.” This is because it generally doesn’t serve the story, and is kinda’ pathetic.

4: Posts have a required length of 100 words or more. This is to ensure that no one-liners are done, and to make sure everybody’s commitment is engaged.

5: We do expect a certain quality of writing. JB is the exception, because his brain is wired to computer science, not literature.

6: If you have a conflict with players or admins, bring it to the admins who are not involved. We promise to try to be fair and objective.
